This 5-Minute Exam Can Help Predict a Heart Attack

Is it worth 5 minutes of your time to know your risk of having a coronary event (aka heart attack)? A simple, non-invasive CT exam called Coronary Artery Calcium Scoring looks inside your chest. With those images, a radiologist will give you a score based on the calcifications found in your heart and nearby blood vessels. The exam gives you answers about your risk level.
