Phones are so handy these days, they can be hard to put down. But did you know that your phone could be to blame for your headaches or neck pain? There’s a name for the new pain symptoms caused by technology: Tech Neck. Neuroradiologist Steven Pollei, M.D. explains the effects of craning your neck down to look at a screen in your hand or spending your day staring at a laptop that’s not positioned at the right height. And chiropractor and sports rehab expert Tony Origer, D.C., A.T.C., gives some tips on how to avoid needing the help of a chiropractor or physical therapist.
