In addition to equipment and maintenance of the mobile imaging units, we offer a variety of support services to make the lease of your scanner as easy as possible for you and your team.

Asset Management
Our skilled professionals oversee maintenance and quality control programs for our equipment to ensure you receive the best possible service. We understand that detailed visibility into operations is essential to working effectively and creating greater patient satisfaction. Our team diligently helps monitor your equipment for optimal scheduling and utilization.

As part of our asset management service, we provide an in-service orientation. This gives your staff the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the mobile unit, allowing them a higher comfort level in working with the mobile unit and its components.

Operational Management
With more than two decades of extensive diagnostic imaging enterprise management, we are experts when it comes to streamlining work flow. We share best practices and documentation with you to help with your mobile service operations.

Site Planning
We will work closely with you on site planning to ensure your facility is set-up properly for a diagnostic imaging mobile unit. Proper site preparation will help ensure the mobile unit is set-up and operating properly.

Scheduling and Appointment Confirmation
The right scheduling team can minimize cancellations and no-shows. Our experienced staff are experts in understanding complex insurance verification issues around imaging, pre-screening and providing pre-exam information to the patient prior to their appointment. For PET/CT, our services include a clinical review process for each patient, conducted by registered nurses.

As part of our full-service solution, we can provide caring and highly-trained technologists with certifications by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologists (CMT). If your own staff will be operating the mobile unit, we can provide an in-depth clinical applications training, which is a more extensive instruction program available upon request.

Education and Marketing Support
All Insight Imaging customers receive a comprehensive toolkit of MRI or PET/CT marketing collateral for their long-term contracted scanner. Each toolkit offers customizable physician and patient tools designed to educate customers about your imaging services.

Beyond the toolkit, you can opt to contract for Account Executive (AE) marketing support to help grow awareness for mobile MRI or PET/CT among your referring provider community. Our AE services can be contracted to:

  • Work with you to identify opportunities to grow market share
  • Provide clinical education for appropriate use of imaging services by referring providers and radiologists
  • Provide reports on volumes, provider referral patterns and other market influences

Patient Surveying
Like you, we are committed to the highest quality of patient care and satisfaction. To gauge this, we work with the customer to survey every patient after an imaging exam. Patient satisfaction survey results will be shared with you on a regular basis.
