When it comes to diagnostic imaging, cost is certainly important. But quality is equally, if not more, important. Our goal is to provide you the best value by providing the highest-quality answers and service at a more affordable cost.
Covered by most insurance plans
We accept most major insurance plans, including auto accident, workers’ compensation and government-funded programs. In most cases, we are an in-network provider, but please refer to your health plan information to confirm your coverage and requirements for acquiring pre-authorization.
Please bring your insurance card to your appointment. Specific questions regarding your policy and coverage should be directed to your insurance carrier as insurance plans and benefits vary widely.
Call for a personalized price estimate
If you want to know the cost of your imaging exam before your appointment, call your center and ask for an insurance specialist to provide a personalized price estimate based on your coverage. Please have the following information available:
- Your referring doctor’s name
- The name of the procedure (example: Knee MRI with contrast)
- Your insurance card, coverage information or whether it is self-pay

Understanding your bill
In most cases you will receive a global bill that combines the technical fee and professional fees. If you are a Medicare patient, or if you are visiting a center affiliated with a hospital or health system, you will receive a separate technical bill for the scan and a professional bill for the radiologist interpretation.
