Coronavirus (COVID-19): Patient Safety Message

A safety message for our patients:

Given the daily changes that the COVID-19 outbreak is creating in our communities, we want to reassure you that our RAYUS centers are continuing to do our part to provide access to essential diagnostic imaging services and procedures. As always, our mission is to ensure that you and your doctors get the answers you need when you need them most.

The safety of our patients and associates is our first priority, and we are following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines as well as state and local government orders to ensure that we can safely and effectively provide essential diagnostic imaging services in our community.

  • We are providing essential services in our community. Our centers are open and we are working with referring clinicians to ensure that we continue to provide essential care and services. In some cases, we are adjusting hours and locations to most efficiently and effectively meet the needs of our communities. Please call any of our centers if you have any questions about a scheduled appointment.
  • Screening for COVID-19. To keep our patients and center staff safe, we are following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) screening guidelines and asking all patients and visitors if they have a fever or cough, if they have traveled recently and if they have had contact with anyone having COVID-19. These questions will be asked at scheduling, upon arrival and throughout your visit to our center. In addition to these screening questions, we’re also taking the temperature of all patients and visitors before entering the center.
  • Commitment to safety. We are rigorously cleaning every surface in our centers, and all center associates who are interacting with patients will be wearing masks. We’re also following all CDC guidelines including social distancing protocols. To help us practice social distancing, we ask that you do not bring a visitor with you to your appointment unless you require physical assistance.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we take these extra precautions to provide the safest environment possible for all who visit and work at our centers.

For any questions about your appointment, please call your center.

For information on COVID-19 prevention, symptoms and what to do if you’re feeling sick, please visit the CDC website or contact your state health department hotline.

A Message To Our Patients

To practice safe social distancing, we request no visitors attend appointments with patients unless the patient requires physical assistance. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions about your appointment or what we’re doing to keep our centers safe, please call your center.
